Chapter 86. Ryder's Crush

RYDER’S POV

“Why don’t you just talk to her you coward?” Colton says to me as he hops in my bed. Alana and Morgana went to practice their little magic spell and Damon went to train with some of our warriors. Colton and I should be training with the others but he dragged me into my room and made me admit to having a crush on Alana.

“You think it’s that easy to talk to women? What if she casts a spell on me and turns me into a frog?” I ask Colton kicking his dirty shoes off my bed and taking a seat next to him.

“You’re such a princess. Use your charm brother!” He says sitting up and slapping my back lightly. “Oh wait, I forgot you’re a knuckle head and you have no charm.” He says laughing out loud clutching his stomach like a child and I just roll my eyes at him.

He has changed so much since he became best friends with Morgana. She really brings out the best in him. I hardly recognize Colton as the asshole he used to be and trust me, he was a real dick.
