Chapter 15. Goes to Somewhere

"So you threatened him?" 

Edward asked as he accepted the glass of wine Nicholas handed him. Tonight, Nicholas suddenly asked Edward to come to his apartment for some reason. 

Nicholas nodded. "I don't know what else to do to get him to comply with my request. So that you know, he wasn't afraid after I threatened him." 

Edward chuckled. "You are an idiot, Nick! If a woman refuses to help you, it doesn't mean you threaten her. You should seduce her, Nicholas Alistair!" 

Edward couldn't understand what his best friend was thinking. Nicholas and Jacob are just as lousy when it comes to seducing women's hearts. Edward should give them a free course to conquer women's hearts. 

"What should I do then?" asked Nicholas in a questioning tone. 

"Why are you being such an idiot now, Nick? Tomorrow, if Kimberly keeps rejecting you. You'll have to beg her a bit." 

"B-but---" 

"Not too many buts. Even if you need to,
