My body reacts to him without seeing him. How is it so attuned to his presence? Nicholas slips his arms around me and kisses the back of my head. My belly uncurls with butterflies. His closeness is exhilarating. I glance up at him, wet hair hanging over his forehead. How was I fortunate enough to be blessed with such a man?
