Chapter 450. I Adore You

Apphia’s POV

“You’ll see,” he says, hurrying. I try to keep up with his long legs. We don’t stop at the reception but go straight to the Sapphire Oriental Express. We get in the awaiting train, no tickets whatsoever, and no one is here except us... And a few staff members suddenly appear.

“I thought we could ride around the city,” he beams. I gape at him,

“You booked the whole train?”

“Yes, we can have a train night picnic,” he says, smiling from ear to ear. Oh, my goddess, it’s a beautiful sight.

Two staff women approach and bow low to us. They lead us to a beautifully decorated cabin on the table between two leather booths filled with fruits, snacks, and champagne.

“Train picnic sounds great,” I say, taking a seat. He does, too. The servers pours us champagne.

“Is there anything you’d like, sir, ma’am?” one woman asks.

“No,” Nicholas answers curtly, dismissing them. He gives me a glass of champagne and raises it to make a toas
