Chapter 62. Excitement

The sky was already orange; one by one, the employees of the Vinestra company returned to their respective homes, including Eve. Still, there was something different about the girl. Her face looked so happy, a smile on her lips. Eve even greeted every employee she met.

"Hah! I don't know why, but I'm so happy today!" exclaimed Eve, prancing in front of her electric blue car. The girl even nibbled on her bag.

"Miss Eve, not home yet?" greeted the security guard who had just come out of the office kitchen with a cup of coffee.

"E-eh, I'm going home Sir. Excuse me," Eve said nervously and got into her car.

Eve started the car and drove towards her house. Along the way, she continued to hum happily without being disturbed by the noisy vehicles around her. Eve arrived home, exited the car, and walked into her house. She waltzed around and greeted the flowers in the yard.

"Good afternoon!" greeted Eve as she entered the house. She trotted over to her mom and
