Chapter 90. The Other Plan

Cheryl's parents were confused because they couldn't persuade Gery to visit their daughter. Cheryl's condition, which was still unconscious, certainly worried them. 

Mrs. Andrews paced back and forth while biting her finger. She thought about how to get Gery to fulfill her request. Suddenly, her mind fell on a name she believed could help her. 

"Eve," she said with a faint smile. 

There was no other way. Mrs. Andrews had to contact Eve. The middle-aged woman told her assistant to find out Eve's phone number. 

"Find out Eve's phone number, now!" she ordered. 

"Yes, ma'am," her assistant replied. 

Mrs. Andrews' assistant got right to work following her orders. She began to look up Eve's phone number. It didn't take long before Eve's phone number was found. 

"I have it, ma'am," she reported. 

"Good," Mrs. Andrews praised.
