Chapter 139

Camilla’s POV

Rory was going back to school after two days of staying at home following the incident that had happened. I made sure to reassure her and give her words of affirmation before dropping her off at school that morning.

The reopening gala was three days away. Most employees had resumed working though. I wasn’t planning on going into work until after the gala. I wanted to listen to my doctor and take a step back from anything that would stress me out.
