Raphael’s POV

“Why won’t she let me talk to her though? Is there something I did wrong?” I asked Sam.

“Maybe she’s going through something. And it wasn’t always like this. She didn’t have to check in with you before now. It might be hard adjusting to the change.”

“But we were good though. I was talking to her regularly and one night I called and she said she was asleep and the next night after that she stopped returning my calls.”

“Can you think of anything you might have done?”

“No. I didn’t do anything.”

“Then go and find out.”

“What?” I asked.

“Fly there and talk to her about it.”

“I can’t just show up without any warning. She might chase me away.”
