Raphael’s POV

I was finally discharged at the end of the day. I still had trouble walking fine but I was better than before so I was free to go home. I only hoped that the accident wouldn’t affect my work.

I went back home late at night. Jason was sleeping over at Camilla’s house. She had informed my mum that Tori had gone to pick him up from school but she wasn’t allowed to. I’d removed her from the authorized pickup list when her addiction was getting worse. I didn’t want her to be with Jason without me knowing.

I hadn’t seen her since the accident. Camilla said she was fine and that she was at her house spending time with Jason. I felt good about the fact that Camilla was being nice to Tori. She really changed over the past few years. The Camilla I knew now was different from the one I was married to.
