He said, "The doctors will tell everyone that because of the blood loss I had and the oxygen deprivation, to my brain, I may never recover full cognitive function. I have suffered long-term memory loss, and even though my short-term memory appears to be unaffected, my prognosis for a full recovery is guarded."
Celeste said, "Tony that is an excellent plan. Make sure you have at least three or more doctor's sign off on it. One doctor will not be enough. MDs and psychiatrist are going to be needed to pull that off. Your brothers help is going to be needed again, Philip. Do not wait until a last minute to obtain it."
