Chapter 60
Edward ran briskly down the corridor of one of the large hospitals in central London. He glanced at the watch on his wrist countless times, hoping that he wasn't too late this time. After the incident, Chloe got angry and told her to sleep on the sofa. Edward would come on time as much as possible.
It was such a loss to spend a night without hugging that woman. Arriving on the second floor, the man immediately directed his feet to a room specifically for pregnant and lactating women—mingled with the sea of mothers, until finally, the brown net caught his wife's whereabouts.
