For the second time, I find myself slipping out of the hospital unnoticed.

Johnston is waiting for me in the parking lot, we're committed to steering clear of Zane or any awkward questions at the checkout counter. Johnston has assured me he will resolve the issue with the hospital tomorrow. Confronting Zane with my decision could undermine my determination, as I'm aware he would convince me to remain with him.

I've decided to leave once more, not to succumb to the impossible. Safeguarding my mental health amidst this chaos is something I owe myself. I want to steer clear of any drama that could potentially hurt me deeply. And it's best if my parents stay out of this, I'm certain they would insist on my return to Moon Shine if they were aware of the situation. And Elyon is the last person I need in my life at the moment.
