"Let's look around in the shopping mall first, Johnston. It's been a long time since I've been there, and I want to soak in the atmosphere again, feel people around me."
He looked at me in a strange way.
"In the pack, you were among people too. The thing is, that you made no effort to make it your home. Obviously, you don't like Paxton. But you are Alex's mate, and the sooner you accept that, the better it will be for you."
I'm not in the mood for rational discussion right now, all I want is to enjoy my temporary freedom as much as possible.
