Cara's POV

May and Teo left, and I stood before Rollins, wondering if I should run away and hide, talk back, or apologize. Nah, I can't apologize; I did him no harm; leaving the room wasn't something I should apologize for; if there was someone needing an apology, it would surely be me; after all,  he had locked me up there like he owned me.

"You are not just useful to me in the bedroom, Cara. I love everything about you as much as I love fucking you, but you don't go around accepting challenges," he said.

"Why?" I asked, deciding to be the more unreasonable person here.

"Why? Are you seriously asking me that?"

"Yes, of course. Why do you think I would stand here and let her say shit to me?"

"I don't expect you to do that either; you are the fucking Luna. You could put her in her place without lifting a single finger; just say the word, and our soldiers would put her in place."
