Chapter 11. Our Relationship

My relationship with Michaël is quite complex, I cannot say that we are friends but not that we are only comrades. He is the only one with whom I can exchange and I also appreciate his patience with me. He talks to me with kindness and when I have to talk to him he doesn't say anything to me when I take a long time to write what I want to say to him - no disparaging remarks - he just waits until I'm done then reads aloud voice to find out if what I wrote is exactly what I think and that's how we've been talking for a few weeks.

It makes me happy to be able to share with him even if it just boils down to studies and the fact that I know about his talent on the piano. Since that day we have never mentioned it again and given the way he reacts I don't want to talk about it, maybe he wouldn't like it. I'm just enjoying the fact that I can trade with someone my age without worrying about bullying.
