Chapter 35. Mr. Burns

Mr. Burns is a man in his sixties, he had a full life, that's what he could tell himself anyway. His parents were farmers in the countryside not far from the city of Central, his whole childhood and much of his life were lived in this small part of the country. It was peaceful with his sister and his parents, honest citizens who had at heart the love of work and merit.

Very early on he started working in the fields helping his parents as best he could, his sister also put her hand to work so as not to feel useless. Since birth, she had never said a word. At first, her parents thought she was behind other children her age. But from the age of three, they had started to really worry and as soon as she had passed the threshold of five years they had been certain that she would never speak.

It had the effect of a bomb in the whole village but fortunately, nobody had them to mistreat it because they were a small tight-knit community taking to heart the problems of the others.
