“Bastard!” I said, spitting the word in his face. Rage took over him as he shoved me so hard that I stumbled into the dressing table.

I cried in pain as my back slammed against the table and the glass mirror above it broke as my head slammed into it. The crash of it breaking made me wince as a piece of the glass sliced open my forehead as well.

“Vexon Bevine!” Kace yelled as he grabbed hold of Vexon, as Orson ran to my side to help me up slowly.

Blood dripped from the cut in my forehead, as I felt the back of it to find that blood dripped from there too. Staring at the blood on my hand I felt dizzy.

“You can’t-” Vexon pushed Kace and walked out of the room, closing the door with a huge bang behind him.

“Kace, are you okay?” I cried as I raced to his side. Ignoring my own wounds that continued to bleed as he nodded before taking in the sight of me.
