Chapter 52. Party

Helen left once the meeting with her associates were completed. She made her way back to the main mansion, also anticipating Reina's call. Though she knew that Reina wouldn't return the call, she still waited patiently for the call.

But time passed and there wasn't any call from Reina, so she went ahead to call Reina herself.

Helen took up the phone to call and remind her of the impending evening party she had invited her to.

"Reina, my dear. I waited for your call, but nothing came through. Are you perhaps done with your little assignment?" Helen asked as she highlighted from the car and into the mansion.

Reina on the other end, was sitting in the car with Axel as he drove her straight to the mansion.

"Mother, I'm on my way to the mansion." She said calmly and Helen cheered.

"Great! I knew you would never forget my invite!" 

Reina let out a small smile as she disconnected the call and stuffed the phone back into her purse.
