I pulled the shirt to my chest and turned in his direction. A scream almost escaped my lips because Tyrone had surprised me so much. Seeing him now leaning in the doorway was pure shock. I didn't hear him at all, even though he had to open the door first, which I should have noticed. I had been far too distracted.

His menacing aura surrounded him and that look could be fatal. Things were made worse by his ice-cold tone when he asked, "And have you rummaged through my things enough?"
