Alec's POV

When I got a call during my lunch break today, I was told that the piece of jewelry was now ready and that I could pick it up. So after work, I drove straight to the store and had it packed up. Even though I wanted to make Valeria happy, I still wanted to keep a closer eye on her when I couldn't be with her. In a way, I felt bad too, but as long as she doesn't find out about it I'll be fine. So I nervously went towards the hospital to give her the necklace.
