Alec's POV

I ran straight into the forest and called for her. I could smell her, but I still hoped that she would answer my call.

And she did. She answered me with the most beautiful howl I had ever heard. So I sped up and followed her call. I ran deeper and deeper into the forest, careful to follow her scent. After a little eternity, I found her.

She was standing in the middle of the forest. Turned in circles, careful to notice me every moment. She seemed so strange in this environment because her fur was more than noticeable. She looked like she didn't belong here. As if it wasn't made for the forest and yet here we were.
