"You shouldn't let that woman talk to you like that. She's your boss, not your owner or whatever she thinks she is."

Lucy was still with Yugjae. They were in the car that smelled new, and Yugjae was driving with great care.

"It's complicated... I know the way she treats me is awful, and from what I've seen, she's like that with everyone she thinks is beneath her. But I need the job. I need this experience."

"Do you really need it?" Yugjae stopped at a red light. He looked at her and sighed. "You know, I was joking about being rich and being able to hire you, but if you want, we can... well, we can really think this through."

"Are you offering me a job?" Lucy laughed, watching him move the car again.

"Not exactly a job, but a partnership. Maybe a loan, I don't know. I can try to help you start your own brand, isn't that what you want to do with Jaesun?"
