It was the third day of Lucy recovery. She whimpered softly, frightened, feeling Sun-ha hands touch her for support.

"You can't sit, so let's just try to stand up, alright?" Lucy heard the nurse say.

She shook her head, tears streaming down her face. The pain was intense.

"We need to try to give you a bath, dear. You need to try."

"I won't be able to, Mom."

"Of course you will. You're strong."

Lucy sniffled, swallowing her tears as she looked at her mother. She wiped her face and nodded, mentally and physically preparing herself for the ordeal ahead.

"Take a deep breath and try to endure the pain, okay?"
