Chapter 47
The nervousness gripped Ryeon's body. He waited for the ceremony to begin, standing at the white and purple flower arch that formed the altar. He felt his stomach churn with tension.
All the intimate guests were already seated in their chairs, seemingly eager for the moment as well. Ryeon could visualize the faces of everyone there. He saw Brian and Yumi sitting together and felt glad that his friends who hadn't been around for a while could make it. He had been worried that they might not be able to come since the wedding was in a different city from where they lived, but it seemed like all the guests were there, happy and eager to witness the wedding.
The green grass around them was dominant, and the sound of waves crashing against the rocky walls seemed like music, even though the voices of people chatting were slightly more audible.
