Chapter 136. I've Found You

The classic sound of the clock awakened Dianna in the middle of a beautiful, vivid dream.

She was with a man at a vibrant forest surrounded by flowers and butterflies wearing a white, long dress.

The man was laying down to the ground and his head was on her lap. They were laughing, as their voices echoed around the forest.

Like a solemn song, it sounded good in the ear. Then she remembered reaching for an apricot and gave it to the faceless man.

“I love you,” said Dianna in her dreams. “We’ve been challenged by the time and the people around us, but here we are, living happily ever after.”

Then the man gently held her hands and sat in front of her. They kissed passionately and laughed so genuinely.

However, she woke up because of the wall clock’s sound. She disappointingly gasped and looked around the entire room.

The good thing about being in a private room was having two beds. She saw Kalex sleeping peacefully next to his uncle, Demiel.
