Chapter 63. It Should Be a Clean Job

“Here, he is, my lady,” Nessa said and I spun around to see the man standing behind her with a hoodie covering his face.
I smiled and nodded at Nessa, who got the hint.
She hurried over and closed the windows, pulling the curtains closed. She went to the door and made sure that it was thoroughly locked.
All this while, the man remained rigid in his spot.
“Done, my lady,” she muttered.
The place was dark, with no penetration of light, but with our keen sight, we could see very clearly.
“Did anybody see him coming here?” Nessa shook her head, “No, my lady. And besides, the visitors are still around, so nobody would suspect a thing,” she finished with a bow, and my smirk widened.
I lifted my chin, my gaze lingering on that man.
“You can now get the hoodie off your face,” I said, and that’s when he made a move. He stretched out his hand and slowly pulled down the hoodie. The hoodie fell on his back, and my gaze trail
