It was evening, and Ryder had received an urgent mind link from his father, so he had to leave, causing our one sweet moment to be cut short.

I couldn’t stop him; he’s the prince and future king of our realms, with a lot of responsibility and demands on his presence.

Though deep inside, I wished he hadn’t left. Well, I couldn’t do anything other than get busy. I took a huge gulp of air and stood up from the bed. His scent was all over the room, and I inhaled deeply, my body trembling at the mesmerizing odor.

Everything about him is so crazy, meh. He looked good, fresh, and okay.

And the way he touched me, my eyes fled shut, remembering how his sinful hands roamed all over me, I dragged a sharp air.

Feeling goosebumps all over me.
