I didn’t answer his question earlier and opened the door to the hotel room where we had spent the night.

“You didn’t ask whether I have work to do for today or not?” I asked, raising an eyebrow.

“You’re… aren’t you still in college?”

I clicked my tongue in annoyance while shaking my head at the question earlier. “Do I look like a college student?”

“Oh, for real? Then, you just let me know your office address. Let me take you there. How about that?”
