Chapter 33

I seemed to consider the question asked by Dominik earlier. Maybe I should tell him what really happened to him. I didn’t know why, but I didn’t want to make him even more.

“Okay. I’ll tell you what I know. But please get us out of here first.” I replied, staring around the room as I realized I was in the bed in the ER, which was full of people who were also lying on the bed for various reasons that I didn’t know and didn’t want to know. “I’m not comfortable here.”

He nodded. “Wait a minute. I’ll go to the hospital administration first. After that, we’ll go back to your house.”

I shook my head. “Your place. I don’t want to go back to my house.”

He nodded his head at my request earlier. “No problem,” he said, kissing my right cheek and leaving me in the emergency room. I lay back on top of the uncomfortable mattress, remembering the flashback I had seen earlier.

Why did it all appear as soon as he kissed me? I tried to get an answer to my question but couldn’t
