Elsie's cruel words stung, but I managed to keep a wicked smile on my lips as my eyes still glared at her. I had almost won the little bitch over, she had nearly been mine once more, but she couldn't see past her feelings for Theo and his tag-a-longs.

I hadn't given much thought as to how strong their bond has gotten, but now I realised they infected her mind, it would be difficult for me to break down that wall.
