Why Mrs. Morrow instead of Caden Morrow?

Gladys asked herself as she stood up from the bed. "Is everything alright?" 

"How am I supposed to know." Mrs. Morrow replied watching Gladys wear her footwear.

"You aren't going to greet your soon-to-be mother-in-law, dressed that way." Her mother said with Gladys huffing at the mention of mother-in-law, although she knew her mother didn't mean that word.

She walked closer to her wardrobe, opening it and bringing out a blue jacket.

She wore it to cover her singlet as she zipped it, and stopped at her chest.

She packed her hair into a rough bun with multiple strands falling to her face as she walked out with her mother following behind.

"Hello, Mrs. Morrow." Gladys greeted walking closer to the woman who looked too beautiful to be inside such a small apartment of theirs.
