Xander went to patrol while I stayed in his office and immediately called Sims to ask if he saved the number that Silas used when he called the Silver Moon Pack. I need to talk to my vampire mate to discuss the checkpoint that took place on a road to the south. It's not far off that he knew about that incident because we found out that the delivery van was full of blood and suddenly turned the corner and didn't go through the checkpoint that was waiting.

I can't rest until I know if Silas had something to do with it or not. I was also hoping that if he does have something to do with it, I hope it's not to harm any humans or my kind. I don't want to be completely angry with him because he is my mate, and Thea will get hurt when we find out that he would rather ignore our bond than stop their evil plan against me and the rest of us.

I still haven't figured out how to reconcile him with Xander, but I also don't want to increase their misunderst
