Alexia’s heart dropped as the man untied her, slapping her hard across the face. The sting of the slap was nothing compared to the anguish she felt as she watched her entire world crumble before her eyes. She stared helplessly at Mr. Austin’s back as he walked away. Tears streamed down her cheeks, and for a moment, she thought he couldn’t bear to watch her suffer. If only she knew, he was simply preparing for what was to come. He was heading off to take the huge pills that would enhance him, to ensure he lasted long enough to rip her apart and send her broken body back to her brother.
