Mia's POV

My office has floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows. I have an amazing view of the city and all my surroundings. Drake's office is just across the hallway from mine. I saw him walk past my office, he looked so shabby and disheveled. I guess he didn’t have much time to check out his appearance because he is already late for work. He glanced my way when he walked past my office, but I ignored him and focused on my work. 

Even when he sat in his office, I still felt his eyes on me. I felt him staring at me fixedly, but I acted oblivious to his stares. If he plans to screw two girls in one day, then that is his problem. But as for me, I do not wish to be the second girl he screws today. I don’t let him disrespect me, not now, not ever!

“Don’t make me beg for it, Mia. I miss you. I can see it in your eyes, my love. I know you miss me too.” He responds with a smile, and I scowled at him, wiping off that stupid smile from his face.
