Alex's POV

I don't know for how long I was running and where I was at the moment. One thing for sure, I will not stop until I kill Wren .

As I was running in my wolf form near the water falls , I got the whimp of familiar scent. My mate. Lisa.

It's Lisa. I can't believe it. My Lisa is still alive. It may be due to the curse.

I followed the scent and saw Lisa lying unconscious on one of the corners of the lake. I rushed towards her and hugged her .

I then placed her on her back and pressed her stomach to let the water she might have gotten in to her. After choking out water for a while, She coughed and looks startled on seeing me. She cried and hugged me.

"Alex, I still can't believe you're alive. I missed you so much. I love you." Lisa kissed me on the lips passionately. The bond we had between us started to become stronger and we can see the mate pull getting stronger like it was before.
