Chapter 10. Rainy Walk

Bang! Bang!

Blaze’s peaceful slumber was disturbed due to the continuous banging on his bedroom door.

“Blaze!” Diva hollered through the other side of the door. Her hands started to redden from smacking the door so many times.. “Blaze, open the door, please!”

Blaze groaned and took his phone from the nightstand. It was only 5 a.m. He was clueless as to why Diva was disturbing him at five in the morning when he usually woke up at six.

“Blaze, can you hear me? Blaze?” Diva inquired, controlling herself. She was trying hard to not cry – at least not until she reached the hospital.

Heaving a sigh, Blaze got up to open the door. After all, he knew it was pointless to hope that Diva would stop bothering him if he didn’t respond.

Blaze opened the door to see Diva wearing jeans and a leather jacket. He was slightly confused, but then asked, “Don’t tell me you’re afraid of a little thunder, and even if you are, what’s with the outfit?”
