Chapter 10

Maggie walked into the office with a smile on her face, she had been about to give up when Keir hang up on her but before she knew it her name was called out. She was pleased to hear that he had requested to see her immediately. She had walked out of that waiting room with her head up high as the other ladies sited stared at her with disdain and envy in their eyes. She was sure she heard something like 'She just got here but i have been here since yesterday' from one of the ladies.

She walked towards Keir who was leaning into his chair, he stretched his hand forward telling her to come sit opposite him. She had expected him to offer her a seat on the couch and not on that chair opposite him, she wanted to sit close to him and if possible touch him again but well she couldn't complain just yet she was here now so she could gladly convince him to do her bidding.

She took the seat opposite him gladly,

"Thank you," she appreciated.
