Mehul and Megha were planning to throw a big party as Mihir and Tami finally started their married life and with god's grace, they just got the news that Tami was pregnant. They went to meet her and though she asked about Mihir a few times, she was happy about having a child.

Finally, they came back and were happy that both Tami and Mahi were going to have babies, and soon, they would have two grandchildren to play with.

Just then Mehul's phone started ringing.

"It is Gautam, I am sure he has planned the party or a dinner and has called to invite us." Mehul smiled and picked up the call.

"Hey, Gautam!" He replied.

"Mehul, I need to talk to you urgently. It's about Mihir and Tami." he began, the tone of his voice was grave.

Mehul's mind raced with worry. "Gautam, what happened? Is Tami okay?"
