Maurvi’s POV

It was Gautam’s phone which was ringing. He picked it up as it was from the hospital.

“Yes, I am coming please call the patient. Keep everything ready. Tell the patients to be ready as well for the scans. I will reach there in twenty minutes.”

“I have to leave right now, there are a few patients and another radiologist has some emergency at home. I will be back in two to three hours.”

“Ok, but don’t bother to come back to pick me. I can drive there.” I said to him.

“No, I don’t want you to come alone.”

“What? But I can drive and I go to my college every day. What is wrong with you?”

“Ok, listen… I have to buy a gift for mom as it’s her birthday day after tomorrow. so, I am going to the market. She can help me in doing that and I will drop her wherever you want. Is that ok with both of you?” He asked, looking at both of us. I just nodded.
