Chapter 50
Faith’s POV
I was holding a box of mocha cake as I walked down the hallway to Sean’s classroom. According to what I asked, Trixie is Sean’s classmate, so I wouldn’t have any trouble finding her. I had no intention of scaring her. I just wanted to invite her personally to come to the house. I like knowing all my children’s friends—whether they were girls or boys.
“Hello. Is Sean in your classroom?” I asked a girl who came out of Sean’s classroom.
“Hmm… Sean’s inside with Trixie. Shall I call him?” she replied.
“Yes, please.” I smiled at her.
The student went back into the classroom, and I waited outside. It didn’t take long before Sean came out with a mestiza girl just a little younger than him. I immediately smiled at them, while Sean looked at me in surprise.
