Carter's POV

I knew I had a whole lot in my head to do, if time wasn't taken, I would drop my phone in my room or give it to Justin to hold for me. 

My heart beat so hard as I arrived at the Palace, I wasn't afraid of Venice but I knew what she was capable of, I could already see the stress I would be put through. I swallowed the saliva in my mouth. I took out my phone to message Justin.

"I'll be landing in the next ten minutes, can you please pick me up in one of the cars?" I paused to listen to his reaction, there was silence, I suspected this to be home asking why I was asking him and not a driver. "I'm sorry I asked you because I want to get to talk to you along the way."

"Oh! I hope you know I'm not really an expert on the road but we won't talk too much so that I won't be distracted." Her voice seemed to be a hit teasing towards the ending, I smiled. 

"Okay, thanks. I'll be waiting for you!" I ended the call and immediat
