Lucy's POV 

“Dad, you weren't there when she visited last.” Austin volunteered and spoke on behalf of his siblings, then Dustina cut in. 

“We are quite close. We used to play with each other when she came to visit mom.” 

“Wowww!” Eric was overwhelmed with this pleasant surprise. 

“So we are going to attend, let's get inside and prepare.” I nudged them by the head leading them inside. “Have you had lunch and dinner?” I enquired. They all nodded their heads. 

“Only lunch,” Austin replied. 

“We were waiting for you to come back so we can eat together.” Dustina explained further. I smiled. 

“Wow, that's so thoughtful of you guys but we wouldn't eat dinner here at home but will at the party with lots of cakes and drinks.” They blushed so hard as they looked at us.
