Lucy’s POV

My mind was drifting in two directions, I didn't know if he was trying to make me pity him or not. I had to leave coupled with the fact that I was feeling sleepy and exhausted. Eric, together with my wolf tried to pull me back but I was firm and stern on them.

“I'm tired of being your little toy. I'm no longer the Lucy you met three years ago who could be easily toiled with.” I growled at him while he pleaded with his pitiable eyes, asking me to stay.

No doubt I wanted to hurt him badly but I was uncertain of when and where would be the perfect encounter but my wolf told me I'll get to meet him again, then two statements rang in my mind. “I'm an Alpha descendant,” which he said three years ago and “I'm here to stay!” There is no doubt he's from the Phoenix Pack.
