Maurvi served everything in her plate and said, “Wow! Sandhya I love all these things. Vada pav and Chana Daal Vada to sp*ce up the evening and Marble cake, and Gulab jamun to end the day with sweetness. I love you. I am extremely hungry now.

She was about to take a bite when her phone started ringing. She saw the number and closed her eyes as if she was tired.

She picked up the phone and said,” Hello! Hello aunty… Ji… What? but why?… Aunty, I tried talking to her, but she didn’t even talk to me… But aunty, I tried… Aunty but… Ji, I am coming...”

She got up and said, “Sorry, but I need to go. There is some emergency at my friend’s place. I have to go.” She looked very tense, I could even see that her eyes were filled with tears.
