Chapter 31. A Pang of Pain

As if she was caught red-handed, Milena quickly get away from Alpha Angelov. His brows furrowed because of what she did. She just gulped as her eyes widened in shock a bit.

“What the hell are you doing?” Alpha Angelov hissed as his thick brows met. “And who the fuck was that?”

“I-It was Joshua,” she answered.

“And who is he to you? Why are you so shocked that you had the guts to push me?” His tone was challenging as if he’s interrogating Milena for doing something wrong.

“He’s a friend,” she simply answered. “He’s looking for me.”

“What? You’re gonna meet with him while you’re in your bra and panties only?”

She blushed because of that. “O-Of course, I’ll get dressed, Alpha!”

“Tss. Fine. But I’ll go meet that guy first while you’re dressing up.”

It was Milena’s turn to be confused this time. “What? There’s no need for that, Alpha.”

“There is. You think I’d let him see your body?”

She gulped, realising his point. “But… we’re
