I managed to get some sleep last night and it was already morning.

I was awake and ready for my first day at work, and I didn't want what was happening at home with Barry to spoil my mood.

"Good morning world", I shouted out with so much joy.

I went out to the kitchen and got a glass of water then came back to my room to get a shower and later put on my nice outfit for work.

I felt nice and happy that, life was giving me a chance to be like other ladies in good positions in society.

I wouldn't have to wear those dresses exposing my body because I was going to start working in a decent place, I muttered.

I had finished taking my bath and I was dressed so finely, like a schoolgirl on a first day to school all glittering like a star.

I came out, took breakfast, and left a note on the table,

"I am off to work, I didn't want to bother you since you were still sleeping so take care and nice day", I said.
