She picked up the phone and rang the doctor's office and I heard her saying, " Hello doctor, there is a lady here by the name of Evelyn Bullock and she wants to see you.

She has a patient in ward 5, and doctor Scott was the one who observed the patient when he was brought in this morning.

Looks like she got a confirmatory answer. she dropped the call and gave me the directions to get to the doctor's office, which I immediately followed.
