Chapter 120. Too Late
Her breaths came in fast and hard. She desperately grabbed her neck, trying to remove the necklace, suddenly feeling suffocated. She then fought again with the zipper on her dress after she got the necklace off when, out of nowhere, she heard, "My my, what a beauty. Let me help you with that." A man's rugged and thirsty voice could be heard behind her.
At that moment, all the hairs on her skin stood on end because she realized she was not alone in her room; someone else was there.
