My eyes fluttered open and the world gradually began to come into focus. I tried to sit up but the pain in the lower half of my stomach reminded me that it was best to stay still for now. My mind was still clogged with what happened before I fell asleep and as the memories started to rush in I couldn't help but be emotional. 

I remember everything from how Kaden had successfully rescued me from the hands of Mateo and how the contraction had begun and how I had passed out as soon as we got back to the park. 

I had no idea of how everything else happened but I guess we were here. My mind was still filled with lots of thoughts and I could not think straight at the moment. That was the moment something struck my mind.
