Chapter 102. The Bond of Love

Emily’s Pov

Benson runs his hand down my lower back, reaching my waist. I tilt my head towards him, resting it on his shoulder. We are both sitting now, watching our guests enjoy themselves at the party.

My attention is more focused on Amy and Alex, their chemistry as palpable as mine and Benson's.

"I think we'll be at another wedding very soon," I murmur to Benson. I feel him tilt his neck towards me, and I nod my chin towards Amy and Alex. Benson lets out a laugh and kisses the top of my head.

"Would you like to dance a little?" Benson asks, and I promptly accept. The dance floor was empty, and a slower song had just started.

He extends his hand to me, and I delicately hold it as we walk toward the center of the dance floor. Our wedding coordinator announces on the microphone.
